River Tour
The Safer River, Life Saver Foundation, Inc., of Liceo de Cagayan University as part of the community extension program, runs the River Tour. Through the river tour, we were able to campaign for environmental awareness and have taken principal role in the protection, preservation and rehabilitate the Cagayan de Oro River.
The main goal of the Safer River, Life Saver Foundation, Inc. is to improve the condition of the Cagayan de Oro River. The quest of the Foundation is to preserve and rehabilitate the Cagayan River and provide a venue for recreation and relaxation for both local and foreign tourists.
The objective of river tour is to help the students and/or every passengers to be more aware of the real situation of Cagayan de Oro River. It opens the eyes of every students/passengers regarding on the beauty as well as the importance of Cagayan de Oro River.
